The Evaluation Portfolio
On sign-up, every scout must fill out an Evaluation Portfolio. It isn't an exam: there is no right or wrong answer. Every scout fills out the exact same reports, on the exact same reference players, using the exact same standardized template. This lets a club compare different footballing visions and understand each scout's recruitment philosophy, before even ordering a report.
