Account: name, e-mail address, role, country, and for scouts postal address, phone, experience. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Without this data no account can work.

Verification evidence: documents submitted to obtain a badge. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.

Published content: reports, portfolio evaluations, missions, messages. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Transactions: amounts, dates, commissions. Legal basis: statutory accounting retention.

Technical logs: IP address and connection timestamps, kept for service security. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.

A report contains data about a player, who is not necessarily registered on the platform and is often a minor. The scout publishing it is responsible for it and undertakes to process only sporting observations gathered in public.

A player or their legal representative may request the removal of a report concerning them at contact@pro-scoutdb.com. The request is carried out unconditionally, and access already granted is revoked.

Supabase, for database and file hosting, in a data centre located in Ireland.

Netlify, for site hosting.

Stripe, for payment processing. No banking data reaches us.

Resend, for sending authentication messages, in Ireland.

No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

Account and content: as long as the account exists, then erased when it is deleted.

Accounting records: ten years, as required by law, after the link to the person is anonymised.

Verification evidence: erased once the badge request is decided.

Technical logs: twelve months.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them at contact@pro-scoutdb.com; we reply within one month.

Deleting your account from your settings erases your personal data and frees your e-mail address.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

The site uses no advertising cookie and no third-party analytics tracker. Only cookies strictly necessary to keep your session are set, which require no consent.
